The number is available in the matched profile and active chat only while the accepted connection remains active and both profiles remain eligible. Pending or declined requests do not reveal it. Removing a connection or deleting a profile stops further access, but cannot erase a number the other person has already copied. Additional Mobile 1/2 fields and home addresses remain private; do not include contact details in public reviews or shared free-text biodata.
Who can access clear photos?
The app displays clear photos with matching suggestions. However, the basic records containing clear photos, first names and districts can currently be read by any signed-in account, even without a completed or matching profile. Full shared biodata is restricted to eligible matches. Phone numbers and home addresses are not included in these shared records.
How we protect your information
Phone authentication protects account access; it does not certify someone’s character or marital claims. Public previews are blurred, contact fields are excluded from matched biodata, and private conversations are participant-only. Verify important details independently and involve trusted people in your decisions.
Practical safety tips
Never send money, gifts, investment payments or account codes because a match asks. Be cautious about emergencies, rushed commitments and requests to leave the platform immediately. Meet initially in a public place, arrange your own transport, and tell someone you trust. Do not publish personal contact information in reviews or free-text profile fields.
Report Misuse
Stop contact if you face pressure, threats, unwanted messages or requests for money. Preserve ordinary messages and dates, then call support. You can close an existing conversation; it becomes read-only rather than deleting its history. For urgent danger or suspected offences, contact the appropriate authorities as well.
Your privacy controls
Share only optional details you are comfortable sharing. Review your profile, photo, saved list and public review regularly. Clear photos are available to eligible matches; the homepage uses blurred previews. Edit or delete your profile through the member app, and contact support for privacy requests that the current controls do not cover.
Mental wellbeing
Take your time and take breaks when needed. A declined introduction is not a judgment of your worth. Set boundaries, involve trusted friends or family, and seek a qualified professional if the process affects your wellbeing.
