Sending an interest request and accepting it shares both members’ registered, phone-verified sign-in mobile numbers with each other. The number is available in the matched profile and active chat only while the accepted connection remains active and both profiles remain eligible. Pending or declined requests do not reveal it. Removing a connection or deleting a profile stops further access, but cannot erase a number the other person has already copied. Additional Mobile 1/2 fields and home addresses remain private; do not include contact details in public reviews or shared free-text biodata.
1. About the service
MaduveShaadi is the matrimonial introduction service at maduveshaadi.com and its member app. It facilitates introductions; it is not a marriage broker guarantee or a promise of compatibility. These terms govern visitors and members.
2. Acceptance and updates
Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before registering or sharing information. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Updated versions show their date here. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact support about your account.
3. Profile eligibility
New matrimonial profiles require men to be at least 21 and women at least 18. Users must be legally eligible for their intended marriage and able to agree to these terms. Phone verification alone does not verify age, identity, marital status or suitability.
4. Existing-profile transition
Existing profiles accepted under the earlier 18+ rule may retain their previously accepted birth date and gender. New or recreated profiles, and changes to those eligibility fields, must meet the new rule. This exception does not change the legal requirements for marriage.
5. Genuine and authorized profiles
Provide accurate information and photos you have permission to use. Maintain one current profile per person. A parent, sibling or relative creating a profile must have that adult person’s informed permission. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your circumstances.
6. Matching and verification limits
Suggestions use opposite gender and the same self-selected community/category, ordered by member ID. Age preferences, district, work and interests do not rank or filter matches. Profile claims are member-supplied. Independently verify important facts before making personal or matrimonial decisions.
7. Account security
Protect your phone, device lock and OTPs. Never share sign-in codes. Tell support promptly about suspected account misuse. Use the account controls to sign out on shared devices and keep your information current.
8. Respectful, personal use
Use the service for genuine matrimonial introductions, not commercial solicitation. Harassment, threats, coercion, caste or religious hatred, fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized scraping and attempts to obtain another person’s credentials are prohibited. Respect another member’s decision not to communicate.
9. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in your content and give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service and its stated public features. Do not upload unlawful, explicit, misleading or rights-infringing material. Other members’ information is not a public database to copy or sell.
10. Reviews and public information
Submitting a review publishes its text, rating and first name. Member reviews can be edited or removed in the app; visitor reviews are independent of member accounts. Homepage member previews show first names and server-blurred photos. Separate permission is needed for additional marketing use of your photos or story.
11. Communications and fees
Membership is free during the current beta. No paid plan or automatic renewal is currently offered. Any future paid service must state its price and conditions separately. Authentication and support messages serve those purposes; registering does not grant blanket marketing consent or override your communication preferences.
12. Reports, restrictions and cooperation
Report concerns to our support contacts. We may review relevant information, remove inappropriate content or restrict misuse, subject to applicable law. We may cooperate with competent authorities on lawful requests. These terms do not prevent you from contacting authorities or exercising your legal remedies.
13. Child protection
This is an adult matrimonial service, not a service for children. Accounts or content involving minors, exploitation or harm must be reported promptly. We do not claim automated age-document checks or AI screening. Do not upload harmful material as evidence; contact support and the relevant authorities for a safe reporting route.
14. Ending membership and deletion
You can delete your profile using the account controls or seek help from support. Deletion removes current profile data and linked public previews/reviews, while protective deletion markers and some records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. A new registration with the same number receives a new account ID.
15. Responsibility and service limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a member’s claims, a successful match or another person’s conduct. You are responsible for your own lawful content and decisions. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude non-excludable rights or duties.
16. Applicable law and contact
